The Cuban government once again offers to let anyone who wants to leave Cuba do so...only this time at the Guantanamo Gates, in exchange for US detainees, political prisoners, such as Bradley Manning, Mumia Abu-Jamal, and Leonard Peltier...and suspected terrorists, such as Luis Posada Carriles and this guy, PEDRO PABLO BARRIENTOS NUÑEZ. What do you think?

Cubans can leave the country with some conditions, the thing that changed now is just less conditions. And also you can't exchange regular ppl as they were prisoners. |

Yeah very wrong proposal, they are not coins, nor prisoners. Cuba goverment invest lots of money in people education and health like many other things, all that is obtained from people labor, not fair to get free education and the go to US and become rich giving nothing back to the people who helped you to grow smart and wise.
